During a recent holiday to Spain, on arrival at our pitch, we tried to put the ramps down and saw oil running from under the van. One of the hoses had burst. This resulted in our lifting ramps being down and thus we were unable to move. This happened on Good Friday when everyone was on holiday.

However, a quick WhatsApp message to Daniel @ SGS resulted in a very quick reply and via video call he talked be through the process of lifting the ramps up manually so we could continue on our holiday.

I would like to thank Daniel and his colleagues at SGS for their fantastic support during what was a very stressful few hours.

Now with a new hose fitted, all is good again!
